1. Service Agreement

Eluventix provides AI and technology solutions, including digital process automation, custom business solutions, and AI integration. Each project begins with a clear scope of work and deliverables agreed upon in writing. Changes to project scope must be mutually agreed upon and may affect timeline and costs.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary information, access, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may impact project timelines. Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content and data provided.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules and terms will be outlined in each project proposal. We typically require a deposit before work begins. Final deliverables will be released upon full payment. Late payments may incur additional fees and suspend ongoing work.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables, excluding third-party elements and our proprietary tools/frameworks. Eluventix retains rights to underlying technologies, processes, and methodologies.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We may request permission to use project outcomes as case studies, but will only do so with explicit client approval.

6. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines, timelines may be affected by client responsiveness, scope changes, or technical challenges. We'll communicate any potential delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

7. Warranty & Support

We warrant our work will function as specified in the project scope. Post-launch support terms will be detailed in the service agreement. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and security measures.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed. Early termination fees may apply as specified in the service agreement.
